The Lower Belvedere presents Erika Giovanna Klien in the exhibition “All Is Movement”. Opening on 18 September 2026, the exhibition focuses on an important representative of Viennese Kineticism. Klien explored movement, speed and the rhythm of modern life. Her depictions of bodies, machines and birds in flight still appear surprisingly contemporary. The exhibition combines a fascinating chapter of Viennese art history with the impressive architecture of the Lower Belvedere and remains open until 31 January 2027.
A Special Evening at the Vienna State Opera
An evening at the Vienna State Opera is one of the classic ways to combine luxury and culture in Vienna. On 3 October 2026, the new double production “A Florentine Tragedy and Bluebeard’s Castle” celebrates its premiere. The two short operas by Alexander Zemlinsky and Béla Bartók combine intense psychological themes with completely different musical worlds.
